MarkMyProperty

For property owners

Sell your property online without platform brokerage

A useful sale listing answers three questions before someone contacts you: what is offered, where it is and what the asking amount includes. Put those facts on a public property page with a map location, then handle conversations directly through the platform contact workflow.

Free marking and listing · No platform brokerage commission · Contact reveals and optional services use credits and plans.

How to list it on MarkMyProperty

Sign in and open the marking flow. These six screens take you from location to publication. You can go back to correct details before saving.

  1. Step 1 of 6

    Location: find the actual property

Search an address, area or landmark and select Find. Use Drop a pin for one spot, or Draw the boundary and tap the corners of a parcel. Check the position against the entrance and written address. A drawing helps explain location; it is not a surveyed boundary.

  2. Step 2 of 6

    Type: choose the offer

Choose the closest property type and select Sell it. Just mark it records a place; it does not advertise a sale. Identify the actual unit or parcel, rather than a whole building or holding when only part is offered.

  3. Step 3 of 6

Details: explain the amount and space

Enter a positive asking price or value, currency, area and unit. Explain what the area measures and where it comes from. Add an original title and description, and actual room and furnishing details where relevant. Review any area prefilled from a drawing before continuing.

  4. Step 4 of 6

    Photos: show the offered property

Add current images you have permission to publish. Show the actual unit or parcel and its approach, rather than nearby scenery alone. Remove personal documents and sensitive details. The photo step lets you continue without images, but useful photographs help a reader understand the offer.

  5. Step 5 of 6

    Contact: identify the lister

Choose your actual listing role. Sell and Rent require a valid phone number or email in the private contact fields. Do not paste contact or identity documents into the public description. Interested people use the credit-based contact reveal workflow; a reveal is not verification.

  6. Step 6 of 6

Publish: review visibility and the summary

Choose public visibility for public discovery, or private visibility for an owner record. Check purpose, map, price, currency, area and contact before saving. Open the resulting property page, then use My Properties to edit the existing record when the offer changes.

Have these details ready

  • Exact unit or parcel being offered

Create a sale offer, not just a map record

Open the marking flow, choose the actual location and property type, then select Sell. A marked record alone does not mean a property is available to buy. Choose public visibility and identify the unit or parcel you are offering. Avoid implying a whole building is for sale when the offer covers one unit.

Enter a clear asking price and area

Provide a positive sale price and currency, along with area and unit. Explain whether the area is land, built space or usable interior space. Identify included parking, furnishings or additional parcels. Asking amounts come from listers; they are not completed sale prices or independent valuations.

Help buyers understand the location

Check the pin or user-drawn outline against the written address and entrance. Explain access when a place name alone is insufficient. The global map helps compare unfamiliar places, but does not verify ownership, legal access, boundaries or purchase eligibility. Obtain appropriate local evidence for those questions.

Show the actual property

Upload current photographs you have permission to use and describe the offered space in your own words. State what is included and what needs clarification. Keep identity documents and private records out of the public gallery. Add a valid private phone or email so interested people can ask about availability, viewings and supporting information.

Maintain one accurate advertisement

Check the property page after publication and share its public URL where advertisements are permitted. Edit through My Properties if the amount or description changes. You can switch the purpose to Rent when the offer changes. Update visibility or purpose when the sale offer is no longer current.

Separate commission from transaction costs

MarkMyProperty charges no brokerage commission on the property sale. Marking and listing are free; contact reveals and optional services have published credits and plans. Separately appointed agents, legal advisers and other professionals may have their own charges. Local transfer requirements, taxes and eligibility need independent local checks.

Questions about listing your property

How can I sell my property without a broker online?

Create an owner sale listing on MarkMyProperty, add its location, asking amount, currency and area, and choose public visibility. Interested buyers connect through the contact workflow. The platform charges no brokerage commission; local transaction requirements still apply.

Can I change a marked property into a sale listing?

Yes. Edit the property you own in My Properties, choose Sell, and review its price, currency, area, description and contact details before saving.

Does MarkMyProperty negotiate or complete the sale?

MarkMyProperty provides property mapping, listings and a contact workflow. A listing or contact reveal is not a sale contract, ownership verification or guarantee of completion.
