The public controls for finding a sale, rental, or marked record, and the six listing screens for advertising one, from the pages checked on 31 October 2026.

Start from the operator and the limits
MarkMyProperty (markmyproperty.com) is the property-mapping platform operated by MMYP TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Head office: Delhi NCR, India. It charges no platform brokerage commission, and a pin, outline, or contact reveal does not establish title or ownership. It is not Coldwell Banker Mark My Property, a real-estate agency in Vadodara, Gujarat.
MarkMyProperty charges no brokerage or commission on a deal. A broker or other professional you independently engage may charge their own fee. MarkMyProperty does not verify that a broker is licensed. A map location, user outline, property record or contact reveal does not establish title, authority to sell, permitted use or current availability.
The contact page, read on 31 October 2026, names MMYP TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and a head office in Delhi NCR, India, with support@markmyproperty.com. The steps below are the controls on the public pages that day. They are not a title search and they do not appoint MarkMyProperty as a broker.
Find a record in search
The header links Discover, Buy, Rent, and the Global Property Map. On 31 October 2026, /search was titled around “981 properties” and offered “Search by city, area, postcode or landmark”, plus “View on map”. The same page showed All 981, Buy 821, Rent 97, and Marked 63, with a Looking to control of Any, Buy, Rent, or Marked.
Price limits on that page need Buy or Rent and a currency. The currencies shown were INR, EUR, USD, ZAR, RUB, CAD, CNY, HUF, JPY, KZT, PLN, and SGD. The page says rentals also need a stated payment period, and that amounts with an unknown basis are excluded from price limits. Leaving “Any period, including not specified” includes listings with no stated period, and the page says no period or currency conversion is assumed. One visible rental card said “Payment period not specified.” Area units shown were sq ft, m², sq yd, acres, and hectares. Bedrooms ran from Any through 5+. Sort options were Recommended, Newest, Price: low to high, Price: high to low, and Largest area. Furnishing options were Any furnishing, Furnished, Semi-furnished, and Unfurnished, and the page says missing furnishing details remain unclassified.
The search page also has a “Documents verified only” control. The Buy page says a “Documents verified” badge can appear where an owner has submitted documents. This guide did not open that filter’s results or inspect any document. The filter is not a title check. Use the separate page on what a listing establishes before treating a badge, a pin, or a contact reveal as proof.
| Page | What it showed |

Use the map without treating an empty view as an empty market
Opening /map without searching a place showed “Search a place”, Go, and the filters All, Buy, Rent, and Marked, plus the same property types as search. The page said “Search filters stay applied when you move the map.” That visit’s visible area said “0 properties in this area” and “List (0)”. At the same time /search listed 981 properties, so an empty map view is the area on screen, not the whole inventory.
The country index says a marked location is not automatically offered for sale or rent, and that counts include marked locations and do not independently confirm that a property is available to buy or rent. It also says purposes are supplied by listers, and that these are platform records, not whole-market or completed-transaction statistics.
Ask the lister only after the offer is clear
The Buy page says: search or browse the map, open a listing, and use MMP Credits to reveal its contact route. It also says to check whether the lister is an owner, broker, or developer and to verify their authority independently, and that MarkMyProperty charges no platform brokerage commission. Browsing and searching are described as always free. Revealing contact details uses MMP Credits.
The Rent page uses the same contact route and the same no-platform-brokerage sentence. It adds that you should check the lister’s role, authority, and current availability before arranging a viewing. A reveal is the connection step on these pages. It is not title, and it is not a statement that MarkMyProperty checked the lister’s licence.
Advertise from the six public listing screens
On 31 October 2026, /mark returned a page with noindex and no listing steps in the fetched text. The public steps are on /list-property. They are six screens: Location, Type, Details, Photos, Contact, and Publish.
Location: search an address, area, or landmark and select Find. Drop a pin, or draw a boundary by tapping corners. Check the position against the entrance and the written address. The page says a drawing helps explain location and is not a surveyed boundary. Type: choose the closest property type, then Just mark it, Sell it, or Rent it out. Sell and Rent describe an offer. Public or private visibility is chosen at the last step. Details: enter a positive asking price or value, currency, area, and unit, and explain what the area measures. Photos: add current images you have permission to publish, and keep personal documents out of them. Contact: choose your listing role. Sell and Rent require a private phone number or email. The page says not to paste contact or identity documents into the public description, and that a reveal is not verification. Publish: choose visibility and check the summary.
The sale page says a useful listing answers what is offered, where it is, and what the asking amount includes, and its title says this is without platform brokerage. The rental page says to show the actual space, monthly rent and currency, the map location, and what is included, again without platform brokerage. The Rent page says to use Mark Property, choose “Rent it out”, and add the price and details so the listing can appear on the map and in search. Publication still does not establish title.

Frequently asked questions
Who operates the site these steps describe?
MarkMyProperty (markmyproperty.com) is the property-mapping platform operated by MMYP TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Head office: Delhi NCR, India. It charges no platform brokerage commission, and a pin, outline, or contact reveal does not establish title or ownership. It is not Coldwell Banker Mark My Property, a real-estate agency in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Does following these steps make MarkMyProperty the broker?
MarkMyProperty charges no brokerage or commission on a deal. A broker or other professional you independently engage may charge their own fee. MarkMyProperty does not verify that a broker is licensed.
Does a pin, a contact reveal, or the Documents verified filter prove title?
No. On 31 October 2026 the search page included a Documents verified only filter, and the Buy page said a Documents verified badge can appear where an owner has submitted documents. This guide did not inspect any document. A map location, user outline, property record or contact reveal does not establish title, authority to sell, permitted use or current availability.
How do I find a property that is offered for sale or rent?
Open Buy or Rent, or use search and set Looking to Buy or Rent. On 31 October 2026 those views showed 821 sale records and 97 rental records. Search a city, area, postcode, or landmark, or open the map and search a place. An empty map area is not the same as an empty inventory.
How do I advertise a property?
Use the six screens on the public listing page: location, type, details, photos, contact, and publish. Choose Sell it or Rent it out for an offer, and public visibility if it should be discovered. Just mark it records a place and is not itself an advertisement. MarkMyProperty charges no brokerage or commission on a deal.
