Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases of credits on the Mark My Property platform are final. Once credits are purchased and added to your account, they cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other monetary value.

Please review your credit requirements before making a purchase. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or other rights required by applicable law or the payment store's rules.

Credits purchased on Mark My Property are stored in your account and remain available for use until you utilize them to access or view property listings. Credits do not have an expiry date unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

The Company is not responsible for unused credits, and no refunds will be provided for credits that remain in your account.

If you choose to delete or deactivate your account, any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred to another account.

You may contact customer support if you require assistance with account deactivation. Please note that deactivating your account will result in the permanent loss of any unused credits.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction affecting your credit balance, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate and, where necessary, adjust your credit balance as appropriate.

The Company reserves the right to rectify any errors in credit balances or transactions. However, refunds will not be issued as part of such adjustments.

Mark My Property reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to periodically review this Policy to stay informed of any changes.
