What the app helps you do

    Explore property locations and search an area on a global map.

    Record a location with a pin or enter a property boundary. User-entered shapes are not independently verified surveys.

  • Private Property Passports

    Keep a property record private or choose a public marked, sale or rental purpose.

  • Instant Alerts

    The mobile app advertises instant alerts. Check its current version and notification settings for the alerts available to you.

  • Credits-based contact access

    Access lister contact details through signed-in, per-listing credit reveal.

Public listings vary by location. Mobile and website capabilities can differ; consult the current app version and its settings. A mark is separate from an offer to sell or rent.

Fees, privacy and property records

Does MarkMyProperty charge brokerage or commission?

MarkMyProperty charges no brokerage or commission on a deal. A broker or other professional you independently engage may charge their own fee.

Is every MarkMyProperty feature free?

Search, the property map, marking and listing are free. Revealing contact details uses MMP Credits. Featured placement and MMP Pro are separate paid services; check the current credits and plans before purchasing.

Are my property contact details public?

Private owner phone numbers and email addresses are excluded from public listing pages and handled through signed-in, per-listing contact reveal. Professionals can separately choose to publish business contact details on their profiles.

Does a Property Passport prove ownership?

No. A private property record can store the location, boundary and details entered by a user. It is not a title certificate, legal survey or independent ownership verification.
