Copyright & Reporting

Upload only material you own or are permitted to use. Report copyright concerns privately to MarkMyProperty support.

Send a report to support@markmyproperty.com. Support is a reporting contact; this page does not certify a registered U.S. DMCA agent.

Your uploads

You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to upload photographs, logos, descriptions and other material. Do not copy another listing's photographs or promotional material without permission. Keep personal documents and other people's private information out of uploads.

Report a copyright concern

Email support@markmyproperty.com with the subject Copyright concern. Identify the work you own or represent and the exact MarkMyProperty page and material you believe infringes it. Include enough information to locate the material, your mailing address, telephone number and email address when available, and your physical or electronic signature.

Explain why you believe the use is not authorized by the rights holder, their representative or the law. If submitting a formal infringement notice, include a good-faith statement about unauthorized use and a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the relevant exclusive right.

Send notice details privately to support. Do not post contact details, identity documents or accusations in a public listing. A knowingly false infringement claim can have legal consequences.

Support and statutory notices

The address above is our support contact. A support address alone does not establish registration as a DMCA designated agent or safe-harbor eligibility. For U.S. statutory notices, verify the provider's current designated-agent information in the U.S. Copyright Office directory at copyright.gov/dmca-directory.

If your content was removed

If you believe removal was a mistake, contact support with the original page or reference and your explanation. A general support message is not automatically a statutory DMCA counter-notice. A statutory counter-notice has separate legal requirements, including a signature, identification of removed material, a sworn statement, contact details and consent to court jurisdiction. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting one.

Repeated infringement

Repeated infringing uploads may result in account restrictions or termination in appropriate circumstances. A report is an allegation, not a finding that someone infringed copyright.
