Coverage: Ukraine. Civil Code of Ukraine, article 657, in the print text labelled the edition of 5 August 2026, fetched on 2 November 2026. It is not the Diia register guide, and this article does not itself require state registration of the contract.
The search names a flat, and article 657 names a flat
On 2 November 2026, the print text of the Civil Code of Ukraine, Law No. 435-IV of 16 January 2003, was fetched from the official legislation portal. The page labels that text as the edition of 5 August 2026, on the basis of Law No. 2541-IX, and as legislation current as of 29 August 2026. Article 657, headed the form of particular kinds of sale contracts, says a contract of sale of a land plot, a single property complex, a residential house (an apartment), or other immovable property is concluded in writing and is subject to notarisation, except contracts of sale of property that is under a tax lien.
That sentence is the text of this edition. It names an apartment. It requires a written contract and notarisation, and it states one exception: property under a tax lien. This article, as printed in that edition, does not say that the contract itself is subject to state registration. Older ministry letters that described registration of the contract are not this edition and were not used as the current rule.
A notarial act is not a listing
MarkMyProperty is operated by MMYP TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Head office: Delhi NCR, India. It charges no platform brokerage commission. A pin, a user-drawn outline, or a contact reveal does not establish title or ownership.
Those sentences are article 657 of the fetched edition. They are not the Diia and offline-request guide, which was not rewritten. A pin, an outline, or a contact reveal does not establish title and is not the notarial certification. This page does not set out how to book a notary or how a right is entered in the register.
