Lithuania property guide
Lithuania: registering a notarised purchase
The Centre of Registers says that after a notarially certified purchase the application to register ownership is filed only through the notary, within one working day. A tax-value page is a different question.

The search is pirkimo–pardavimo sutartis and registration
On 2 November 2026, the Centre of Registers answer headed “Ar įsigijus turtą pirkimo pardavimo būdu turiu pateikti prašymą registruoti nuosavybės teisę?” was fetched. It cites point 47 of the Real Property Register regulations. It says that where a right in rem in an immovable thing, or a legal fact, arises, ends, or changes after a notarially certified transaction, or after a notarially certified contract on the consequences of divorce or of living apart takes effect, or when a certificate of inheritance or of ownership is issued, the application to register, deregister, or change those rights or facts, and the documents confirming them, are submitted to the register keeper only through a notary, by electronic means.
The same answer says the notary transmits that application without delay, and not later than one working day from the day the transaction is certified, or from the day the contract on the consequences of divorce or of living apart takes effect, or from the day the certificate of inheritance or of ownership is issued. The answer is tagged as a purchase-and-sale contract. It does not print a fee and it does not print a tax.
A preliminary contract is a different filing
The answer describes the filing that follows a notarially certified transaction. It does not describe a preliminary contract.
MarkMyProperty is operated by MMYP TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Head office: Delhi NCR, India. It charges no platform brokerage commission. A pin, a user-drawn outline, or a contact reveal does not establish title or ownership.
Those sentences are that Centre of Registers answer. They are not the tax-value guide, which was not rewritten. A pin or a contact reveal does not establish title. This page does not set out an application.
