On 1 November 2026, Google’s “what is a circle rate” list included property, collector rate, land, real estate, Delhi, Gurgaon, and Hindi. The India-parameter “circle rate” list included Delhi, Lucknow, Dehradun, Uttar Pradesh, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Kanpur, Ghaziabad, and a “gurgaon 2026” phrase. Bing added Gurugram, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jalandhar, and Moradabad, plus “circle rate meaning”.
No government rate table was opened. This page states no circle-rate number, no formula, and no 2026 figure.
