Meaning questions, a stock-market line, and a lender name
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “what is a short sale” list included a house, real estate, the stock market, Florida, stock, and a buyer phrase. Bing added a deed-in-lieu phrase, a lender name, a rebate, and two places named Woodbridge. “What is an reo property” included real estate, an auction, bank owned, listings, preservation, management, and a house. “What does active under contract mean” named a portal, a house, selling, buying, and a comparison with pending. “What does pending mean in real estate” named sales, under contract, a rental, and a portal. “New listing homes for sale” named Trumbull County, Valdosta, Albany in New York, Rome in Georgia, Middletown, Oak Park, Springfield in Missouri, and Pembroke in Ontario.
No short-sale rule, deed, or bank process was fetched. This page does not explain how to buy one. A stock-market line is not a house. A lender name is not this company. The sale-pending guide was not rewritten.

There is no Short sale status, no REO status, no Active under contract status, and no New listing badge. A home uses its type and Sell it. If the lister writes one of these words, that is their claim. It is not a bank file and not a portal status. Pending wording stays on the sale-pending guide. The asking amount is the lister’s figure. There is no bid button.
New listing is not a fresh-stock filter
The new-listing lines are towns. They are not a feed of homes added today. This site does not publish that filter.
What the words would not prove
They would not prove a debt, a bank, a contract, or title. Owner, Broker, and Developer are roles. Contact reveal does not establish authority to sell.
