The lists named cities and a few localities
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “ready to move flat” list with the India parameter included Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Gurgaon, and Thane. Bing added Thakurli, Lucknow, Kiwale, and Bhubaneswar. “Resale flat for sale” included NIBM Road, Dubai, Adambakkam, Kothrud, Nanganallur, Madipakkam, Chennai, and Pune.
No occupancy or completion document was fetched. Locality names are not flats.
Write the words on an Apartment or Flat listing

There is no Ready to move type and no Resale type. Use Apartment or Flat and the purpose that matches. New Construction is a different type, already explained on the under-construction flat guide. Ready to move, if the lister types it, is a claim that the home can be occupied. It is not a certificate. Resale, if typed, means the lister says the home is not a first sale from a builder. It is not a title search. Choose Sell it or Rent it out to match the offer. The ready-to-move list did not say which purpose.
Do not treat a locality as a project stage
Kothrud, Adambakkam, and NIBM Road are suggestion text. They do not tell you whether a building is complete.
What still has to be asked
Occupation, what remains unfinished, and who is selling are questions for the lister. Contact reveal does not establish title or that a flat is vacant. Owner, Broker, and Developer are roles.
