The phrase covers flats and houses that are not finished
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “under construction flat for sale” list with the India parameter included “near me”, a house, an apartment, a property, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Seethammadhara in Visakhapatnam, and Mangalore. This page does not describe a completion date for any of those places. No building-permit or project-registration page was fetched.
New Construction is the type that exists

The form includes New Construction under special types. There is no button named Under construction. A lister can select New Construction, or select Apartment or House and write that it is under construction. Either way the words are the lister’s. They are not an inspection. Write the unit if one exists, and do not invent a floor in a building that is not there. A pin can mark a site and still fail to show a flat. Sale purpose and the asking amount are what the lister entered.
A picture of a finished flat may not be this flat
Say whether a photograph is the site, a sample, or the unit. Do not leave the reader to guess. Photographs still need to be ones the lister may use.
What is not promised
Completion, a possession date, and the right to sell a future unit are not established by the type or the pin. Ask the lister what is being sold today. Contact reveal does not establish title or that the project is registered anywhere.
