A complex list, a fourplex slip, and a crossword
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “apartment complex for sale” list included Texas, California, Florida, Houston, Michigan, Georgia, Las Vegas, and Dallas. Bing added Washington, near a park, a beach, or downtown, Dana Point, Chattanooga, Maryland, and Pittsburgh. “Fiveplex for sale” did not return fiveplex places. All ten lines were fourplex phrases, including Texas, California, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Dallas, Florida, and Phoenix. “Apartment building for rent” included New York City, Brampton, Brooklyn, a crossword clue, Mississauga, Scarborough, Oshawa, and Toronto.
A crossword clue is not a building. The fourplex guide and the multi-family guide were not rewritten. A fourplex line is not a fiveplex.
Say whether the offer is the whole building

There is no Apartment complex type and no Fiveplex type. A single flat uses Apartment. The whole building is Commercial Building, Mixed Use, or another type that matches, with Sell it or Rent it out, and the description says complex or how many homes. One condo is not the building. One pin does not split the units. Do not enter 5 bedrooms because a fiveplex was the query. The fiveplex suggestions were fourplex text.

What the complex word does not include
It does not include every unit, a rent roll, or title. Owner, Broker, and Developer are roles. Contact reveal does not establish the building.
