The lists asked for whole buildings
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “fourplex for sale” list included Texas, California, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Dallas, Florida, and Phoenix. “Condo building for sale” included Florida, Edmonton, and Calgary, then slid into apartment-building and residential-building phrases.
The multi-family guide already says an apartment building and a triplex are not buttons. This page is the fourplex and condo-building wording.
Describe the building with a type the form has

There is no Fourplex type and no Condo building type. Duplex is a house-group type for a duplex. Condo is one condo in the apartment group, not an entire block. If one listing offers a whole building, pick the closest type and write how many homes the amount covers. Income and tenancies are the lister’s text if they are written, and they are not verified.
One pin does not split the units
Say whether the offer is the building or one condo. The outline does not draw each unit.
What a building sale leaves unchecked
Owner, Broker, and Developer are roles. Contact reveal does not establish title or a rent roll.

How do I list a fourplex for sale?
There is no fourplex button. Use the closest type, choose Sell it, and write four homes if that is the offer. Texas, Houston, and Phoenix are suggestions, not buildings.
Is a condo building the Condo type?
Condo is one condo. A whole building has to be described as the building. Edmonton and Calgary in the list are not buildings on the map.
Is a fourplex a duplex?
No. Duplex is its own type. A fourplex is not that button. The description has to say how many homes are included.
Does the listing prove the rent from the units?
No. Any rent figures are the lister’s text. Contact reveal does not check them or establish title.
