The list changed subject halfway through
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “6 bhk flat for sale” list with the India parameter began with Bangalore, a 6 BHK house in Bangalore, a 6 BHK house, Hyderabad, a 6 bedroom flat, and south Kolkata. The later lines were a 2 BHK in sector 6 Kharghar, a 2 BHK in a phase 6 project, a 2 BHK in Airoli sector 6, and a 1 BHK in Kamothe sector 6.
Sector 6 and phase 6 are place words. They are not a bedroom count of 6. A project name is not a flat on this map. Earlier guides cover 1 BHK through 5 BHK. They were not rewritten.
Enter 6 only when there are six bedrooms

There is no BHK type. Apartment and Flat are the types. A house with six bedrooms uses a house type and the count 6. Choose Sell it for this sale phrase. Leave the bedroom field blank if the count is unknown. Zero means a studio, not a 6 BHK. Do not type 6 because a sector number contains 6.
A phase number is not a plan
The phase 6 line is a project phrase. It is not a floor plan and not an inventory check.
What the count still does not prove
