The facing list asked whether a direction is good
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “east facing plot for sale” list with the India parameter returned eight lines: east-facing houses near me and in Kakinada, then “is east facing plot good”, “means”, “good or bad”, and south-east. “Main road plot for sale” included Raipur and Trichy, plus commercial and facing phrases. The same day’s “highway touch land for sale” list included Maharashtra, Surat, Pune, Solapur, Ahmednagar, Nagpur, and Nashik. “Gated community plot” included Bangalore, Kanakapura Road, Chennai, Pune, Hoskote, Mysore, and Budigere Cross.
This page does not answer whether a facing is good. No tradition or planning rule was fetched.

Plot, Residential Land, and Commercial Land are the types. There is no Facing type, no Main road type, no Highway type, and no Gated community type. Gated community is one of the amenity words a lister can add. It is not a check that a gate exists. A road touch is true only when the description says so. The pin does not measure road width or prove which side faces east.
Good or bad is not a field
The form has no score for facing. Do not read a suggestion as advice about a direction.

Is an east-facing plot good?
This site does not say. The suggestion list asked. No rule was fetched. Use Plot or Residential Land and write facing only as the lister’s description. Kakinada is not a plot.
How do I list a main-road plot?
Select the land type that matches, choose Sell it, and write main road if that is the claim. Raipur and Trichy are suggestions. The pin does not measure the road.
Does highway touch mean the land meets the highway?
Only if the description says so. Maharashtra, Surat, and Nashik in the list are not parcels. There is no highway type.
Is a gated community a type?
No. It can be named as an amenity. That word is not proof of a gate, and a pin is not title.
