Whole buildings, and an empty-property list
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “office building for sale” list included New York City, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, and San Antonio. “Retail building for sale” included New Jersey, Jacksonville, Minnesota, King County, a postal code, Brewster in New York, Texas, and Danbury in Connecticut. “Vacant commercial property for sale” included by owner, empty commercial property, vacant retail, vacant business property, London, vacant industrial, and empty units. “Mixed use building for sale” included Chicago, New York City, Brooklyn, New Jersey, London, and Baltimore.
A postal code is not a building. The office-for-sale, retail-rent, and mixed-use guides were not rewritten. Vacant is a claim, not a checked status.
Use the building type and say if it is empty

The list used both words. Neither one is a field. The description has to say what is empty.
