On 1 November 2026, Google’s “motel for sale” list included Texas, California, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, Ohio, and Illinois. Bing added Washington, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, British Columbia, and Iowa, plus near a lake, a beach, or a highway. “Bed and breakfast for sale” included Washington, Oregon, Michigan, Maine, North Carolina, New Hampshire, and Florida, plus a dollar ceiling.
This page does not copy that ceiling. The hotel sale and hotel rent guides were not rewritten. Near a highway is not a frontage measurement.

There is no Motel type and no Bed and breakfast type. Use Hotel when that is the property. Use House or Commercial Building when a house or another building is the offer, and write motel or bed and breakfast. Choose Sell it. Rooms are included only as the lister describes them. There is no booking calendar and no nightly product. Furnishing is a separate field.
A highway phrase is not a ramp
Bing included motels near a highway. Write access if you know it. The suggestion does not measure the frontage.
What the stay word does not include
It does not include future bookings, a food permit, or title. No lodging rule was fetched. Owner, Broker, and Developer are roles.
