Manufactured Home is the form type. Mobile and modular are not extra buttons and are not a verified class. Land is included only if the listing says so, and the pin is not title.

The lists added land, owner, and prices
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “mobile home for sale” list included Portland, Seattle, San Jose, Florida, and San Diego, plus “with land” and “by owner”. “Modular home for sale” included Texas, California, Florida, Michigan, and Georgia, plus “with land” and “with prices”. Bing’s mobile-home list added Moses Lake, a portal name, Washington state, Wilsonville, and Ohio.
This page does not copy a price. The manufactured-home guide already covers that type. This page only answers the mobile and modular wording.
One type, and a written note if the land is included

Manufactured Home is the house-group type on the form. There is no Mobile home type and no Modular home type. Choosing Manufactured Home does not certify which building code a home met. Write mobile or modular if that is the lister’s word. “With land” is true only when the description includes the land. “By owner” means the Owner role was selected, not that title was checked.
A portal price phrase is not a list of homes
“With prices” and a portal name were suggestions. They are not an inventory feed and not asking amounts on this map.
What the type still does not prove
The outline does not show whether the home can be moved. Contact reveal does not establish title, a foundation, or that a park allows the home. Owner, Broker, and Developer are roles.
