Two lists, and a resort name in one of them
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “maisonette for sale” list included New York City, Singapore, London, Malta, Birmingham, Southampton, a UK portal name, and Harrow. “Chalet for sale” included Switzerland, Lebanon, the Poconos, Egypt’s north coast, Batroun, France, and a beach phrase in Lebanon. Bing’s chalet list added Verbier, Nolton Haven, Scratby, Chekka, Jbeil, Mablethorpe, and a named north-coast project.
A portal is not this site. A project name is not a chalet on the map. The apartment guide already notes that “flat versus apartment” mentioned maisonette. This page is the sale phrase.
Pick the building type, then use the local word

There is no Maisonette type and no Chalet type. Use Apartment, Flat, Duplex, or House when that is the building, choose Sell it, and write maisonette or chalet. A chalet is not automatically a holiday let. Furniture follows the furnishing field: Furnished, Semi-furnished, Unfurnished, or Not specified. Photographs are not evidence.
Verbier and Batroun are not chalets
Switzerland, Lebanon, and France in the list are places. They are not stock, and this page does not copy a resort offer.
What the word does not transfer
