On 1 November 2026, Google’s “laundromat for sale” list included Portland, Seattle, New Jersey, San Diego, New York City, Connecticut, Minnesota, and Los Angeles. “Car wash for sale” included Portland, Seattle, New Jersey, Florida, Los Angeles, Houston, Massachusetts, and California. Bing’s laundromat list added by owner, Washington, Georgia, Illinois, Chicago, Texas, and California.
By owner is a role people type. It is not proof the seller runs the machines.
Shop or Commercial Building, then name the use

There is no Laundromat type and no Car wash type. Use Shop, Retail, Industrial, or Commercial Building when that is the premises. Choose Sell it. Machines, bays, and a going trade are included only if the description says so. Write the area with a form unit: sq ft, m², sq yd, acres, or hectares. Do not copy a machine count from a suggestion. The form has no count of washers.
A bay count has to be typed
Parking is a vehicle bay, not a wash tunnel. If wash bays are the offer, describe them. The pin does not number them.
What the trade word cannot grant
It cannot grant a water connection, a trade name, or title. No wash or laundry rule was fetched. Owner, Broker, and Developer are roles.
