Floor words, and a kothi list that changed subject
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “g+1 house for sale” list with the India parameter included Hyderabad, Addis Ababa, Tenali, Beeramguda, Ameenpur, Bangalore, Chennai, and Vijayawada. “Garden flat for sale” included Pune, London, Harare, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Bristol, Clifton, and Ealing. “What is a kothi” with the India parameter started at house, then a house manager, a film-like phrase, a house number, a house call, a house party, a house salad, a house centipede, and a house dress.
Those later lines are not homes. The independent-house guide covers kothi for sale and was not rewritten. G+1 is a floor description, not a type.
House or Apartment, then describe the floor

There is no G+1 type and no Garden flat type. A house uses House. A garden flat uses Apartment or Flat. Choose Sell it for these sale phrases. Write the floors in the description. The bedroom count is the number of bedrooms, not the number of floors. Zero means a studio. Leave it blank if unknown. A salad line is not a plan.
Beeramguda is not a floor plan
Neighbourhoods in the G+1 list are places. They are not houses with a counted floor.
What the floor word does not prove
It does not prove a ground floor, a garden, or title. Owner, Broker, and Developer are roles. Contact reveal does not establish the levels.
