The lists named cities and other countries
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “freehold property for sale” list included Muscat, Fiji, London, Manchester, Singapore, Bahrain, Gibraltar, and Birmingham. “Leasehold flat for sale” with the Britain parameter returned leasehold flats and houses in London and Birmingham, plus Thailand, New Zealand, and Auckland.
No tenure statute was fetched. This page does not say what freehold or leasehold means in any country. The words appeared as search text.
Write the word only as the lister’s claim

The form has no Freehold switch and no Leasehold switch. Choose the property type and Sell it or Rent it out. If the lister states a tenure, that sentence is their claim. It is not a check against a register. A flat still uses Apartment or Flat. A house still uses a house type. The house-for-rent guide mentions freehold only to say the Owner role is not a freehold check. That guide was not rewritten.
A country in the list is not a tenure
Fiji, Muscat, Thailand, and Auckland are suggestion places. They are not evidence of a tenure on a listing.
What still has to be read off the listing
The asking amount is the lister’s figure. Owner, Broker, and Developer are roles. Contact reveal does not establish title or a lease term. No term was copied from these lists because none stated one.
