The lists are place names across several countries
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “cottage for sale” list included Texas, California, Michigan, Ireland, Scotland, Maine, England, and Florida. “Ranch for sale” included Washington, Oregon, Texas, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, California, and Florida. No acreage and no price from those lists is repeated here.
Describe the house and the land separately

There is no Cottage type and no Ranch type. House, Farmhouse, or Manufactured Home can fit a dwelling. Agricultural Land, Farm Land, Rural Land, or Residential Land can fit the parcel. Use the type for what is actually offered, and write cottage or ranch in the description. Land is included only when the listing says so. A ranch word does not mean livestock, water, or a house is part of the sale.

What the words leave unchecked
The listing does not confirm planning status, grazing, or access. Owner, Broker, and Developer are roles. Contact reveal does not establish title or the extent of a ranch.
