The rent lists used different cities from the sale guides
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “condo for rent” list included Portland, Seattle, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Chicago, and San Diego, plus “by owner”. “Townhouse for rent” came back mostly as “townhomes for rent” in Texas, California, Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, Raleigh, Jacksonville, and Nashville.

Condo is an apartment-group type. Townhouse is a house-group type. They are not interchangeable. Penthouse and Duplex have their own rent page. “By owner” selects the Owner role and does not prove title. Write the unit and whether the offer is the whole townhouse. The bedroom count is the actual number, or blank if unknown.
Townhome is the same phrase, not a new type
The suggestion list preferred the spelling townhomes. The form type is Townhouse. There is no Townhome button.
What the rent still needs in writing
A parking bay, fees, and what is inside the unit are included only when described. Contact reveal does not establish title or that the home is empty. Owner, Broker, and Developer are roles.
