A cold-room list, then shop names
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “cold room for rent” list with the India parameter included Singapore, Mauritius, Lagos, Dubai, Penang, Sri Lanka, and Selangor, and it also returned “cold storage for rent”. “Dark store for rent” included space for rent, two grocery-app names, a rent-your-property phrase, a rental-price phrase, and Bangalore.
This page does not copy a rental price and does not treat an app name as a tenant. The warehouse and godown guides already cover cold storage. They were not rewritten.
Warehouse or a shop unit, with Rent it out

There is no Cold room type and no Dark store type. Use Warehouse, Industrial, or Commercial Building for a cold room, and write the temperature claim if you know it. A dark store is a shop or warehouse the lister describes. Choose Rent it out. Equipment is included only if the description says so. There is no app contract on the form.
An app name is not a signed tenant
Write a tenant only if there is one and you are allowed to say so. A suggestion that names an app is not that tenant.
What the room word does not prove
It does not prove cooling, a delivery contract, or title. Owner, Broker, and Developer are roles. Contact reveal does not establish either.
