Four lists about how a home might be used
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “buy to let property for sale” list included the UK, London, Glasgow, Stoke-on-Trent, Liverpool, Milton Keynes, Edinburgh, and Manchester. “Hmo for sale” included the UK, a portal name, Birmingham, London, Manchester, Liverpool, Nottingham, and Leeds. “Student housing for sale” included Auburn in Alabama, Waterloo, London in Ontario, the UK, Columbia in South Carolina, and Exeter. “Airbnb property for sale” included Goa, the UK, Cape Town, Florida, Jaipur, Bangalore, and Dubai.

A rent purpose is a different listing. Write the claim in the description. The form has no tenant count, no licence field, and no nightly calendar. Do not put a hoped-for rent into the asking amount without saying what the figure is. This page copies no rent.
Student housing is not a campus

What these labels do not settle
