One list was houses, and the other was rental sites
On 1 November 2026, Google’s “beach house for sale” list included Texas, California, Florida, North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina, the Philippines, and Delaware. Bing added the Eastern Cape, South Australia, Connecticut, and Galveston. “Vacation rental” included Texas, California, “by owner”, a collective, companies, Long Beach Island, Oregon coast, and rental sites.
This site is not a nightly booking service. No shore price is copied.
House or Villa, and write the stay only as a rent period

There is no Beach house type and no Vacation rental type. A house by the water uses House or Villa. Choose Sell it for a purchase ask. A rental uses Rent it out and a period written in the description. There is no booking calendar and no company marketplace. “By owner” is the Owner role, not title. The pin does not prove the house touches a beach or that access crosses the shore.

What the shore word does not include
A view, a path, and furniture are included only when written. Contact reveal does not reserve dates or establish title. Owner, Broker, and Developer are roles.
