If you are unsatisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed for technical issues or non-availability of services, subject to verification.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed services such as property listings or credit purchases that have already been used.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and will be credited back to your original payment method.
